JD as follows :

Jenkins Administration, implement best practices.
Gradle & Maven
Building Python/C++/Java on (Windows/Mac/Linux) platforms.
Shell scripting & Python.
Downloading C++ source and building binaries.
Expert in Linux.
Should have handled multiple migration projects of Git->GitHub.
Building Artifactory.
CI/CD knowledge.
AWS/GCP/Azure experience.
