Required qualification:
1.Any degree/Diploma/12th with minimum of 2 years of experience in Hotels/Restaurants
2.Good Communication and team managing skills.
Age limit:upto 35 years
Job description:
1.Heading the front office,F&B,house keeping function of a hotel
2.Controls and regulates the expenses at a hotel to ensure a better P&L statement.
3.Maintain Contactability &process adherence at the hotel to ensure guests have a seamless experience.
4.Identifying,fixing,correcting all repair, maintenance related tasks at the hotel.
5.Auditing rooms,Kitchen,reception and identifying process gaps.
6.Check for inventory and maintain proper par stock.
7.Prepares the roaster for the team and ensuring it is adhered to.
8.Should be hands on and willing to roll up the sleeves to lead by example in any vertical at hotel.
