Job Description

1.Explore the market for Industrial Greases and Lubricants ( Hydraulic Oil , Lubricating Oil , Gear Oil ) in Ceramic Market , Spinning & Ginning mills , Plastic Moulding Units , OEM's , Process Plants , General Engineering units.
2.Business Development activities to establish our brand in the market by arranging Seminars, Customer meets, Exhibitions....etc.
3. Exceed the set Sales targets with minimum 20% profitability.
4.Territory mapping , Collect and maintain Competitors activity data (Company, Product, Prices, Manpower, Customers, Market share with a SWOT analysis)
5.You are 100% Responsible for achieving the Monthly & Annual target set by Management.
6.Order Processing & Inventory Management.
7.Financial management. (Collect the payments from the customer within specified terms)
