Description:

Cloud Automation Engineer will be responsible for working with the automation team to automate process within the Duck Creek OnDemand group. In this role, the Cloud Automation Engineer will be assigned tasks to create Azure Automation utilizing tools like Powershell, Azure DevOps, Logic Apps, RunBooks, etc. In addition to the create of the automated processes, it will be expected that the Automation Engineer maintains an expertise in new technologies associated with deploying and maintaining enterprise applications within the cloud.

This role will require a high degree of proficiency and understanding of Azure Cloud services as well as basic Windows server and IIS skills. Optionally, experience with our Duck Creek software would be a big plus.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Powershell
• Experience with Azure Automation, including LogicApps, Runbooks and Azure functions
• Experience using Azure DevOps
• Ability to clearly articulate and present technical solutions
• Must be able to work well independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• 2+ years experience with Microsoft Azure
• Deep experience with at least three of the following technologies: Microsoft .NET, SQL Server, IIS, Azure DevOps, Windows Server, and OctopusDeploy.
• Background technically supporting large scale production projects.
