Job Description

Person will be handling multiple roles for key function areas in Institutional Retirement in IBST.
Associate should have some level exposure of System Analysis, converting business requirement to high level design document. Exposure to Wealth platform in Retirements will be helpful.

Responsibilities

Interact closely with the US Dev team and External Clients over email.
Turn around the responses for Bank Clients within the stipulated time.

Requirements

Education: Any graduation
Experience Range: 2 to 4 years

Mandatory skills

Experience in OperationsSupport role.
Strong people skills in interacting with multiple key partners.
Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
Good Analytical skills to get trained in multiple techbusiness skills.
Desired skills
Basic idea about Information Security and Network security.
PROD Support basic experience interacting with the various tech partners and teams.
