Job Description:
Job Duties
1. Setup the infrastructure in cloud and local networks for End to End solution of Secure telephony. (10%)
2. Identify various test cases/scenarios based on Product Requirements for REST and SIP interfaces. Ensure proper QA policies and testing coverage is applied to assigned projects and tasks (20%)
3. Interactions with various teams for requirement Analysis, Design discussions, Implementation and testing. Write user stories and tasks for sprints, coordinate efforts and communication with the developers and other team members to ensure resolution of defects, and manage/triage defects in the bug tracking system(10%)
4. Automate the test cases using industry standard tools for both SIP and REST interfaces. Drive automation initiatives including white box scripting and functional automation projects (20%)
5. Execute Test cases for any new release. Consult with various cross department team members to review and troubleshoot production issues (20%)
6. Identify Scenarios for various custom implementation and verify those scenarios. Ensure that products meet or exceed the quality standards by ing knowledge of quality assurance standards and procedures

7. Setup Jenkins, CI/CD Orchestration based on Docker images for various components (10%)
8. Prepare detailed test reports
