Micro Finance Officer(Sales/Collections) - IMMEDIATE pan TAMILNADU - Locals preferred with TAMIL fluency

MICROFINANCE EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES - (Sales/Collections/Credit Officers) for Housing Finance & Farm Equipments. Identify village & study feasibility. Assist Branch Manager in completion of village survey & disbursement. Loan Documentation process. TAMIL speakers

SOURCING OF BUSINESS

- Identify and visit female customers to generate lead
- Assist in formin JLG (Group for purpose of availing loan on individual basis against mutual guarantee)
- Explain important terms & conditions to customers in local language
- Process eligible application
- Verify residence, source of income & KYC of customer

SALARY, BEST INCENTIVE SCHEME, OTHER BENEFITS

- Mediclaim - Rs.1 lakh (for hospitalization)
- Group Term Life Insurance - Rs.10laks (in case of unfortunate demise)
- Group Personal Accident Insurance - Rs.40 lakhs (in case of accident)

COLLECTION of EMIs

- Collect EMIs from groups of customers assigned
- Same day deposition of collected money in bank
- Same day collection entry in LTFS
- Collection App
