Project Manager Civil / Construction Engineer @ Rg Buildwell Engineers

Job Description

Job profile includes:

1. Planning, execution and monitoring of Road Construction Works, Major-Minor-Bridge, Under-Pass work and other Highways construction activities.

2. Contract-Agreement understanding and all the guidelines to be  strictly followed in all the activities

3. Adherence to the timeline of various stages of the agreement.

4. Preparation and finalization of IPC (Client Billing) in schedule time.

 5. Handling all communication between company, Principal &  Authority Engineer.

6. Preparation of Daily, Monthly and Quarterly report.

7. Preparation of variation of quantity and rate analysis.

8. Preparation of Financial Progress-Report.

9. Preparation of Progress-Bar Chart and linear progress chart.

10. Prepare of Material Consumption Statement monthly.

11.Timely updation to management about hindrances of the project.

 

Required Candidate profile

• Hiring for Lansdowne ( Uttrakhand ), other parts of Uttrakhand as per requirement.
• BE/Btech/Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 6 years of experience in road construction preferably in hilly areas.
• Experience of working in projects of Border Road Organization would be an added advantage.
