Job Description
3+ years of experience as a business analyst.Exceptionally good communication skills - verbal and written, writing skills in different styles/tones (user persona)
Experience with and knowledge of tools that can help make software delivery and testing more effective. Tools like - Jira, Confluence;
Self-starter who can work independently and learn with the team
Extensive experience with screen mock-ups, conversation mockups, user experience requirements, Use Cases and workflows
Experience writing functional specifications using UML.
Requirements capture, conversation mock-up, testing, create user stories in Jira as applicable, documentation, and implementation of comprehensive software solutions.
Understanding the business domain to capture the detail for delivering a solution
Assist in the preparation of business cases to aid in decisions on system implementation.
Capture business requirements and discuss the feasibility of implementation with technical leads and architects
Work with the business and technical staff to prioritize the requirements that need delivering in a sprint.
Create Epics, User Stories in JIRA. Assign and track User Stories till closure
Operate as product owner for the development team
