Job Description

Key Responsibilities Experience Range

• Work closely with the custody product managers to drive key product activities, e.g.,
  • Improvement initiatives
  • Client remediation activities
  • Due diligence on new product development
  • New release/implementation
  • Demand management activities
• Lead key initiatives including
  • Creating project plans/documents and tracking progress
  • Engaging with key stakeholders to problem solve, gather feedback, and drive alignment

• Delivering agreed upon project outcome

Skills Knowledge

Qualification Certifications

• Solid understanding of key custody operations / processes / activities / systems
• Good project and program leadership skills
• Good understanding of the financial services industry
• 6-9 years of experience in the financial services industry (preferably in the custody area)
• Excellent team player
• Experience working with senior stakeholders
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Excellent analytical skills
• Proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and having determination to follow things through
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office: (Excel, Word, Power Point)

Primary Skills (Must Have)

• Good knowledge of asset management/servicing industry
• Advanced level quantitative and qualitative research skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
• Data analysis and presentation skills
• Deadline and detail oriented
