Job Description
QA Manager
- To ensure product quality as per laid down specifications thereby achieving customer satisfaction.
- To monitor the quality product and analyse the root cause for any deficiency discussed with Production In charge.
- Good communication skill & Quality problem handling skill with customer.
- To liaise with customers regarding technical problems, analyse and resolve customers complaints on quality matters
- To seek comment on non-confirming raw material & processes and to take corrective action as required.
- To ensure that S.P.C. study is being done regularly and ensure the proximity of the system.
- To ensure quality of the product at the customers end as per laid down specifications i.e. P.D.I. report.
- To analyse the rejection received back from customers and to take corrective action, to ensure preventive action for future.
- To report the status of Quality to the higher authority
- If any change in spec / drawings or records has happened then to withdraw all the copies from distribution and replace with changed records.
- To ensure, collect and process data required by QMS
- To Produce quality product and analyse the root cause for any deficiency
- To complete any other work / assignment as decided by higher authorities from time to time as per requirement of organization
- To ensure the compliance of targeted internal as well as external PPM level
- To ensure the continual improvement in the organization.
- To conduct audit at supplier end as per schedule prepared by purchase Deptt.
- To monitor LRR & LRN of manufacturing supplier on monthly basis.
- To receive 4M change from selected supplier defined in W.I.
- To conduct monthly minutes of meeting with suppliers.( Manufacturing suppliers)
Note:- Knowledge of 5S, KAIZEN, 7 QC Tools, 8D, 5 Why Analysis, Computer skill-Excel, Power point, MS word.
