Eligibility Criteria -

Experience- 4 yrs + of experience in Insurance sales. Preferably from Agency sales background

qualification - Graduation in any field

Salary- upto 6 Lakhs (negotiable)

Location- Mysore , Bagalkot, Bellary , Bijapur

Spearhead all lead generation initiative from the bank whether through walk-in, data-mining, referrals and others.

Responsible to lead a team of 4 and more Relationship Managers in Bancassurance Channel.

Ensuring achieving of team targets.

Guide the sales team members in prospecting new customers.

Carry out various marketing activities to generate leads and sales prospects.

Ensure achievement of the targets by providing support / training to the partners and serve customers by driving activities through the assigned channel partner Train the Banking partner SPOC on products.

Relationship Management with the partners and push them for Life Insurance Sales.

Develop and maintain good relationship with the partners to maximize ROI.
