1. Lead internal manpower (Hiring) requirements & recruiters team.
2. Employee communication and engagement activities.
3. Coordinate Induction, HRMIS and employee issues.
4. Generate payroll (Excluding taxation).
5. Policy implementation.
6. In- dept knowledge of HR Processes.
7. Capacity to lead HR team, and shoulder responsibilities.
8. Flexible and result oriented.
9. Performance Appraisal.
10. To maintain employee files.
11. To maintain HR data base, Leaves etc.
12. Conducting the Induction for new joiners.
13. Organization Development.
14. Strong Interpersonal Skills.
15. Strong Analytical Skills.
16. Excellent in verbal and written communication.
17. Creative thinker with the ability to suggest solutions to employee related issues.
18. Should be able to handle multiple tasks at one time, with attention to detail.
19. Should possess strong Networking skills.
