Team Leader Client Servicing - Delhi - India @ India Insure Risk

Managing the existing client relationships, with the team. Ensuring customer delight & managing deliverables from Insurance companies while providing Insurance Broking & Risk Management Services. Major responsibilities would include agreeing appropriate insurance cover with the customer and supervising the proposal as well as retention of Client Business year after year by delivering high quality service to existing Corporate Clients of India Insure.

Qualification

Any Graduate / Post Graduate

• Experience in Insurance domain would be an added advantage

• Demonstrate patience and understanding while dealing with team.
• Enforce discipline by ensuring adherence to process compliance
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Excellent communications skills - writing, oral, presentation
• Proficiency in MS-Excel , MS-Word as well as automated processes.
• Excellent communication skills - written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation.
• Proficiency in MS-Office.

Experience 3 to 6 yrs.
