Job Description

Collect & transport sputum samples to nearest DMC or Lab

Active case finding & surveillance along with IEC Plan

Pre- treatment evaluation

Follow all the sample collection measures as prescribed by RNTCP

Provide assurance to patient & their family members

Ensure proper disposal of BMW

IEC/BCC in the community

Record keeping of all the documents

Reporting should be done in the appropriate formats provided by RNTCP

Meeting & coordination with Sarpanch. Local administrative & health officers

KRA will shared upon successful selection
