Profile - Big Data Architect / Tech Lead for Indian MNC Company At Bangalore
Location : Bangalore
Experience - Min 10 Years

Qualification - Masters / Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field

Role :

The role is critical, and hence we are very keen to hire someone with below skills, knowledge and experience:
10 years of relevant experience in designing large scale solution architectures with AI/ML and Big data based.
Someone who has been into Technical Product Development and got transfigured into a Product Owner.
Has managed architects and Software engineers & played a critical role in Architecture, Design and Development
Security background in terms of development, domain, products, implementation is highly desired
Deep technical knowledge in software, systems and security to dive into details with engineers
Versatility with developing products on multiple technology stacks
Deep Knowledge of two or more of the following: Java, Python, Big Data, AI /ML
Previous experience leading and managing teams in an agile development environment
Experience with Agile/Scrum as software development methodology
Experience leading globally distributed teams
Experience operating in both start-up& enterprise application development environments. Must have excellent logical, problem solving and verbal communication skills
The Lead / Architect will play a critical role in building our product suite at Bangalore and will be a part of the Senior Product Engg Management team. We invite technologists who have delivered rock solid software solutions for Industry leading enterprises with lean and agile teams to apply to this role, and are enthusiastic to take up the responsibilities.

Responsibility:
Develop and provide technical leadership for a high performing engineering team to drive the product development of a product or a suite of products
Own the design and full cycle of products
Establishing the products till referencibility, stabilise / scale products, L3 sustenance engineering
Ownership of complex software architectures, operational metrics, and running the day to day operations of the business.
The products are Enterprise class in deep security domain with core Engine driven by AI /ML involving Big Data Technologies and Analytics
Involvement in the full software development life cycle with stringent needs on (i) time to market, and (ii) quality of product - functional and non-functional aspects.
Designing and defining the interaction between the different components and teams.
Work closely with the peers and product managers to develop the best technical design and approach for new product development.
Definition of, and compliance with, a world-class build/release and configuration management process
