Job Description
- Experience in Account Management and Account Mining.
- Identifying potential clients and build relations in order to generate business requirement
- Generating requirements from new clients and existing clients
- Working as a SPOC between Clients & the Organization.
- Responsible for getting new leads requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.
- Getting the exclusive requirements from the client and know how to close them in the stipulated TAT.
- Creating and maintaining database of potential Clients.
- Should have knowledge on end to end IT contract staffing process sourcing -Identifying screening short listing interviewing candidate.
- Make timely submissions and provide all the information to the client which is required for making an end client submission.
- Monitoring conversion ratios to maintain and adhere to agreed SLA.
- Identify new business opportunities and responsible for CRM activities, Post sales activities
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders/Director.
- Drafting client account plan based on discussions related to the client's needs and goals of hiring on quarterly basis.
- Strategic planning & execution.
- Provide management report for senior leadership on a frequent basis
- Follow up with the Clients on regular basis
- Submission of various reports on recruitment as per business demands
- Follow up with the clients on the progress of the submittals made.
- Responsible for timely and smooth onboarding of all selected candidates.
- Should be able to meet the commitments and targets
- Should be ready for travel within the city.
- Should be ready to work in the fast paced environment.
