Job Description

The candidate must have good communication skills with excellent command in the English language (Mandatory)

In this role, you will work closely with Senior Leadership to help shape the customer experience, improve our products and services, and define customer success.
You are a person who brings new and innovative ideas to the table, demonstrating a deep understanding of our customer experience.
You will drive the customer experience strategy by analyzing customer behavior, conducting research, managing product creation, improving procedures, and engaging with new and prospective customers daily. You thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Your responsibilities include

  • Development of customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty, ultimately improving customer lifetime value and reducing churn.
  • Ensures all customers are successfully using the product or service theyve purchased from the company.
  • To be the first port of call for customers and will be available to answer any inbound questions.
  • Preparation of sales funnel
  • Developing and implementing strategies useful in improving customer relationship, dedication, and satisfaction
  • Establish communication channels and mediums through which clients reach out to a company and vice versa.
  • Create and update records and databases.
  • Prospects database preparation for prospects.
  • Define and implement standards/procedures for ensuring the optimal customer experience.
  • Conduct surveys to gather information on customer opinion of rendered services.
  • Utilize social media platforms in reaching out to customers to help resolve issues and provide quick response to inquiries
  • Supervise the activities of the sales & marketing team to ensure their interaction with customers reflect positively on the company
  • Liaise with the production and creative departments to ensure delivery of high-quality products and services
  • Establish communication mediums through which customers can readily contact a company and vice versa
  • Oversee the restructuring of an organization into a customer-focused establishment
  • Monitor the activities of the customer service team to ensure compliance with acceptable standards of customer service.
  • Conduct studies and research to discover new techniques necessary for improving customer experience
  • Organize training programs for customer experience representatives in order to update their job knowledge and enhance their skills
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools in coordinating and monitoring customer experience operations'
