Job Description
Required Skills/Experience8 to 12 years of experience in Software Development
At-least 2+ years of experience in working multiple scrum teams in a variety of different contexts (different team s, different organizations, different cultures, co-located vs. distributed, etc.)
4 to 5 years Hands-on technical experience in .Net based product development
1+ year Experience playing the Scrum Master role or Product Owner role for a software development team
Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.)
The ability to distinguish between what 'is Scrum' what is 'not Scrum'
Qualifications
Bachelor or Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
Certified Scrum Master Certification (CSM) is a must
Other Certifications: SAFE, LeSS, CSP, CSPO is plus
Job Duties:
Facilitating with Product Owner & Agile Team in getting the work done
Supporting the Product Owner, with respect to backlog refining and managing the product backlog.
Progress Tracking of Sprint using tool ( Sprint Burn down)
Assist in resolving impediments and metrics collection & reporting
Support implementation of Agile Scrum ceremonies like Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Iteration Planning, Daily Stand-ups
Support implementation of Agile practices like XP/ TDD / FDD , Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery.
