Job Description
Independently responsible for overall recruitment i.e internal and external and ensuring all the positions are closed on time.
*Preparing job descriptions, analyzing job requirements.
*Sourcing through different channels like Portals, LinkedIn, References etc, screening and lining up the candidates for the interview.
*Responsible for job postings at Facebook, LinkedIn, Portals, Newspaper etc.
*Conduct Walk-In drive based on the business requirement, Conducting telephonic interview of candidates wherever required
*Negotiate and release the offer to the short-listed candidates.
Planning and effectively executing new hire on-boarding process and induction program under the guidance of manager.
*Preparation of Appointment Letter under guidance of Manager.
Coordination with clients via email.
*Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of all personnel and HR related documents.
*Assisting the HR Manager in arranging and organizing festival celebrations, Birthday celebrations and other events.
*To check Rate of pay as per requirement and inform Payroll team & Front office.
*Responsible for exit formalities (F&F settlement) of the employees under the guidance of manager.
*Informing Date of Exit to Statutory team so that PF/ESI exit can be done.
*Assisting the HR Manager in preparing various communications i.e preparation of Termination letters, transfer letters and other general communication.
*Coordination and visiting the clients and be part of Interview team as and when required.
Responsibilities: All the subjects that a person is dealing with would be responsible for the outcome of any undesirable event.
