Job Description
We are looking for an experience Devops/IT leader with a background in AWS and cloud operations. A successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal skills, be organized and have expert level skills in the field of IT and Cloud . You must be capable of leading from the front lines, this position requires both hands on technical experience as well as management skills. you will be responsible for architecting and implementing our IT and Cloud operation policies.
Job Status: Full Time
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and technology vision to the IT and Cloud team
- Document, implement and monitor adherence to IT standards
- Implement and maintain AWS solutions
- Author, review and approve Cloud architecture
- Propose Cloud designs for new clients and new offerings
- Act as Subject Matter Expert in AWS and Cloud issues, Cloud security and automation
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of IT management experience
- 5+ years of AWS experience using AWS based cloud infrastructure (EC2, VPC, VPN, EBS, Route53, SG, S3, CloudFormation etc)
- 3+ years of experience with Identity & Access Management tools
- 10+ years of Linux & Windows Security administration.
- Should have Experience of GDPR,27001 or HIPPA implementation
- Should have Experience of writing Information Policies, SOPs, and work instructions
- Should have experience of Managing Cloud security
- Privacy
- Conduct Internal Audits
- Security aspect wrt Software Development Lifecycle
- Experience with managing Cloud and Container Security
- Experience with Network and Application penetration testing
- Experience with Vulnerability scanners, IDS and IPS deployment and monitoring
- Experience with SIEM tools
- Experience in developing, documenting and implementing security standards
- Experience with Security Automation and Orchestration tools
- Experience with Incident Response & Management, Vulnerability Management, Patch Management
- Experience managing security operations and teams
- Experience in Budgeting and right sizing of cloud infra and cost optimization
- Experience in tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Chef, Ansible, Puppet
- Experience in an Agile/DevOps/DevSecOps environment
Additional Qualifications
- Experience with Datadog or equivalent monitoring tools like Logz.io, Splunk, Nagios, SumLogic, Elastic (Elastic and ELK preferred)
- Experience with practices such as Change Management and Configuration Management
- Experience hardening Operating Systems and Applications (Centos, RHEL, Ubuntu, Windows)
- Endpoint security management
- Experience working in GxP environments
