Qualification - Graduate/ Bachelors in any stream Job Title/Designation:
Process Associate / Senior Process Associate- (US Mortgage/ Loan Servicing) Job Description:

• 2-5 yrs work experience in in US mortgage process- (Payoff/ Escrow/ Customer Care)
• Review, Analysis, Research - Loan documents
• Analyzing and updating mortgage transactions in Mortgage Servicing Systems.
• Collateral reviews on Loan Servicing Systems.
• Good i comprehending US Mortgage documents, policies and procedures and the actions taken in relation to loans.
• Good at MS office - 40 WPM/95% accuracy.
• Good Communication Skills (Written & Oral). Email Communication.
• For Sr. Associate - Sound knowledge of mortgage documents Note, Mortgage, 1003, Modification document, Appraisal, Knowledge of FNMA, Freddy Mac, CFPB and SCRA guidelines
