-Identifying and Recruiting potential insurance consultants or ADPs
- Driving business targets through insurance advisers
- Coaching and preparing advisers for higher productivity
- Groom advisers for the next level of partnership

*Candidate must have experience as insurance Agent.

*Age limit  21 years-45 years.

*Must completed Graduation
