Responsibilities and Duties
- Organize and manage software demonstration to clients by virtual settings.
- Will be responsible for providing Product demonstration / software support and application demonstration online.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Acknowledging & resolving customer complaints.
- Understand customer outcomes by communicating with customers, analyze customer health metrics.
Qualifications and Skills
- Should be graduate /MBA with at least 4 years of customer-facing presentation or public facing experience along with the ability to effectively communicate product demonstration.
- Excellent organizational, written & verbal communication skills are a must
- Prior exp. of working in a customer-facing role with Software support.
- Shift timing: 3 PM to 12 am "IST"
- Salary: 30 to 40, Location: Noida-62
