Role Description This is a part-time, hybrid role located in Bihar with the option for some remote work. The Insurance Manager will be responsible for managing a team of financial advisors and working with clients to determine their insurance needs. The Manager will also develop insurance strategies and assist clients with claims procedures. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance sales, management or underwriting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and. organizational abilities Knowledge of relevant software applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Experience working with insurance products such as term insurance, endowment plans, ULIP, group insurance, Superannuation and Retirement Plans, Health Insurance, Motor Insurance, and Travel Insurance Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
