Location: Based out of Chennai and should cover all over Tamil Nadu, India Role Overview: As an Area Manager of insurance, you will be responsible for recruiting and managing a team of insurance partners across Tamil Nadu. Your primary focus will be recruiting partners capable of generating a minimum of 2 Lakhs premium in a month. You will be involved in training, activating, and supporting partners to establish their own offices in strategic locations. Key Responsibilities: Recruit and onboard insurance partners who meet the premium generation criteria. Train partners on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance requirements. Activate partners by assisting them in obtaining necessary licenses and certifications. Provide ongoing support and guidance to partners to help them achieve their business goals. Monitor partner performance and provide regular feedback for improvement. Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operations and effective implementation. of strategies. Identify and address any issues or challenges faced by partners in the field. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards. Requirements: Any Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience of 2 to 3 years in the insurance industry with a focus on sales and distribution. Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
