The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the manager with day-to-day tasks such as planning, organizing, and coordinating administrative and operational support tasks. The Assistant Manager will also manage and maintain records, handle customer inquiries, and create reports as needed. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent work experience) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work independently and in a team environment Excellent organizational and time management skills Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and processes quickly Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Prior experience in a leadership. or assistant manager role is a plus
