Safety Engineer Qualification M.Sc / B Tech and Diploma in Industrial Safety Experience 8-10 Yrs Full time engagement with dedicated focus on micro aspects of safe construction across all the project. Interface with Operation safety head and bring in visible changes at cultural level. Co-ordinate with Site safety team for compliance of Contractor Safety Management (CSM) in PSM. To implement safety procedure/protocols of Jubilant Safety Management program. To prepare & update the Contractor Safety Dash-Board wrt Leading & Lagging indicators of project site. To Issue Safety Permit for work progress. To verify & maintain permit conditions round the clock. Auditing of all the work permits under execution & to cancel the permit on any violation. 100% PPE compliance in all the project area. Safety Audit of Tools & tackles of contractor/contractor yard. 100% safety compliance during silent hours. Record near miss incidents To record & monitor all the unsafe conditions / unsafe tools if any and get them out of our way from time to time. To report any incident/accident at project site. To support in incident investigation & to follow-up for timely CAPA closer. To ensure 360 degree CAPA implementation across all the project sites. Have intricate formal auditing of contractors area / fabrication yard apart from the construction sites and take rapid fast corrective measures. Provide much higher impact on the visible safety. To conduct safety induction for all the new contract workmen on daily basis. Train the contractors workmen / inspire them to get that commitment on behavioral safety practices at ground level. Encourage and provide the degree of freedom for individual contract workmen to notice any unsafe situation around and alert the supervisors immediately without any fear and even stop the work if demanded. To maintain and report monthly safety reports in detail. To conduct monthly safety committee meeting To maintain daily observation & risk assessment at site. Ensure Proper JSA is done before starting the work . To co-ordinate with associate depts. for safe working at site. To conducting mass T.B.T & training programs. To conducting motivational training program. To co-ordinate with client people to maintain a good & safe working environment at site
