Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Rresponsible for leading a team of social media professionals and ensuring that the team meets its goals, Responsible for the following - Influencer Marketing, looking after developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns that help promote our brand and products, work with influencers to create content that resonates with target audience and drives engagement.
Combines marketing and social media management skills to architect and enhance company social media presences, including conceptualizing the strategy & roadmap for the brand for the next 3yrs and apart from strategizing, need a hands on experience with conceptualizing, creating and executing content, customer obsessed who is a self starter, manages and drives social media agency/agencies, interacts with customers, responsible for promoting brand-focused interactive and engaging content and expanding revenue opportunities.
Creating and maintaining a Social Media Marketing editorial calendar with targeted topics outlined for different dates, as well as a plan for where and how that content will be shared, Analyze running campaigns and customer expectations according to past social media activity, Update social media content across all channels, Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits and uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns, Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer and Hootsuite etc, Managing Social media agencies, Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics, Generate effective Social Media Influencer Marketing campaigns, whereby powerful social users are turned into brand advocates who promote the brands products, services etc, Develop content or get it done by content developers/agencies, Being on top of the latest social media trends, Ability to create and grow social media handles/profile of key stakeholders in the organization, Regularly share competes and make us of latest trends to drive social media channels, OTB thinker, with the aim to conceptualize and drive potentially viral-able campaign, Online reputation management, responsible for scripting social media content that is engaging, informative and on-brand, work with the content team to ensure that all social media content is consistent with our brand voice and messaging, responsible for ensuring that all social media content is on-brand and consistent with our messaging..
Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate working as a social media manager/ similar role with minimum 8 years of experience.
Experience in creating social media strategies and Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English), must have hands-on experience in content management, Excellent copywriting skills, Organized and able to multitask.
Ready for frequent travels for content generation (Video & photo shoot).
Ability to shoot videos, both standalone and as a part of a property
