Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role located in Ayodhya with some flexibility for remote work. The Senior Business Manager will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, managing budgets and financial performance, and leading a team of professionals. This position requires collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and sales to achieve business objectives and drive growth. Qualifications Strong. leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Business acumen, financial analysis, and budget management skills Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field Master's degree in business administration or equivalent is a plus
