We are currently seeking a proactive and organized Studio Operations Associate to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our office and studio spaces, as well as manage equipment and resources. Job Location: Noida, In office Key Responsibilities: -Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office and studio spaces, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient working environment. -Coordinate schedules for studio sessions, meetings, and events to optimize the use of resources and meet project deadlines. -Manage studio equipment and facilities, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth functioning during sessions. -Collaborate with team members to anticipate and address logistical needs and resolve any issues that may arise during studio sessions. -Maintain accurate records and documentation related to studio bookings, equipment usage, and inventory management. Key Requirements: -Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations. Management, or a related field preferred. -Proven experience in office or operations management, preferably in a creative or studio environment. -Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with team members, clients, and vendors. -Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment. -Knowledge of basic technical equipment and familiarity with audiovisual or multimedia equipment is a plus
