SMEC India

SMEC has operated in India since 1975, and established a permanent office in Central Delhi in 1991, relocating to Gurgaon in 2006. In 1994 SMEC India Pvt. Ltd. was established as a fully owned subsidiary company. SMEC now has seven permanent offices in India: two in Bangalore, and one in Assam, Chennai, Gurgaon, Hyderabad and Uttar Pradesh. SMEC???s project experience in India is diverse, and includes: Rohtang Highway Tunnel; Kohala Hydro Electric Project; Andhra Pradesh Water Improvement Project; Dedicated Freight Corridor; and Karnataka State Highways rehabilitation project.
