We required these positions:
1. AVP/ GM Sales & Marketing
2. AGM/DGM/SR Manager Sales & Marketing
Job profile :
Responsible for International & Domestic Business.
Managing the sales & Marketing personnel promoting Active Pharmaceutical Intermediates/Bulk Drugs products and accountable for achieving business goals and increased sales growth.
Rolling out strategies business meeting and ensure implementation.
Monthly sales data preparation and analysis, including preparation and presentation of different versions of Report
Conducting sales review meet.
To leverage team members, conduct effective meeting, resolve team and cross functional department conflicts and establish developmental and motivational plans for the territory.
To make yearly, quarterly and monthly budget for the division and must be executed successfully.
To lead sales and marketing team and will be responsible for sales targets.
To Identify critical work objectives using knowledge of the company business and products and how own function contributes to the business.
Effective controlling, monitoring and managing of field executives
Maintaining CRM and generating activity reports including sales forecasts, lost order and competitor, sales call and critical issues for submission
To handle Asian Countries Sales as Well Regulatory Market UK, US etc.
Reporting to CEO
Location : Mumbai based
Salary : Salary will depending on his skill, expertise and experience Background.
