Job Description for HR cum Recruiter/ Bench Sales:-

1. Candidate should be well versed and conversant with hiring and HR practices

2. Candidate will be assigned hiring targets for the month / quarter and is expected to meet the same

3. Candidate should ensure correct communication of HR policies

4. Identify correct roles and fill candidates for the same whether internally or for clients of the organisation.

5. Candidate will have to ensure timely hiring of resources to meet client requirement

6. Ensure documentation and contracts are correctly maintained

7. Worksheet / WDR are collected on time and billing is processed by accounts team

8. Ensure timely billing for all contract candidates

9. Precise understanding of requirements to be collected from clients

10. Ensure interviews are held in timely manner and feedback is collected

11. Clear communication to candidates and clients for the required resources and should be accurately documented

12. Achieve Staffing objectives and evaluates candidates correctly

13. Sourcing of CV/ resume from social media sites( linkedin) and other job portals.

14. Should be able to multi task and have excellent relationship skills

15. Work with outside agencies/ headhunters to identify new talent

16. Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through hiring and training process

17. Effective Negotiating skills 18. Most importanatly should be able to adapt and learn new process
