1-Handle a team of Sales Executives, weekly sales projections, Provide a second voice to the sales executives to help them achieve their targets, Develop rebuttals.
2-Set goals and measure/audit performance of each team member, Develop sales target for each of the team members, set deadlines, Measure daily, weekly, monthly performance.
3-Prepare Sales Reports and Strategy Recommendations:- Monitor CRM sales reports and present weekly/biweekly sales reports to management with recommendations 4-Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan towards reaching the assigned goal. 5-Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
