Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be leading the development of new product and campaign launches.
THE ROLE
In this role you will be responsible for:
Identifying consumer insights and cultural, design, locative and market trends to build strong product and communication concepts
Finding category patterns and business insights and using them to formulate strategic business recommendations
Developing launch communication and go-to-market strategy
Leading packaging design and development
Developing brand communication at every touch point both ATL and BTL
Partnering with the PR team on launch events and brand activations
Driving change, being the guardian of brand equity and being the force that makes things happen
