Urgent Opening for Email Campaign Manager with a Pharma Organization!!!!! 

Duties and responsibilities

1. Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.

Social Media Content strategy/calendar, Ads strategy and complete reporting & analysis etc.

Email Marketing Manage email marketing campaigns end-to-end, including conceptualization, planning, targeting, scheduling, set-up, testing, execution, reporting and optimization, reaching prospects and existing customers, sales Report analysis etc.

Amazon/Ebay Daily check, store development, brand registration, sales report, product development etc.

Website management.

2. Manage, coordinate and direct the team of graphic designers and social media specialists in various designing and marketing activities.

3. Keeping up with marketing sales, strategizing and executing plans to achieve the expected targets.

4. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.

5. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

6. Helps to monitor and uphold adherence to brand standards and ensures cohesion amongst all branded materials.

Job Specification

1. BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field and proven working experience in digital marketing

2. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email etc

3. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.

4. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Woorank, Hubspot), Email marketing and email automation tools.

5. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.

6. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.

7. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

8. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
