Job Description

Required Skills:

  • 2-5 years of experience working in the IT staffing industry is a prerequisite.
  • Demonstrated success as a hunter of new accounts in business development.
  • Success at account management, negotiation, communications, and problem-solving in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Develop account sales plans. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to secure new business. This may include sales calls, competitive analysis, coordination of presentations and proposals, direct mail campaigns, etc.
  • Source, establish, and build upon new and existing accounts, add the company to vendor lists, generate solid requisitions for contract, contract to hire and permanent positions
  • Work closely with the recruiting team to identify the technology footprint of serviced clients and develop an effective service-delivery model.
  • Establish relationships and work with hiring managers, HR, and vendor relations.
  • Customer relationship management, consultative, negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Superior communication and presentation skills
  • Strong sense of competition and extremely driven/self-motivated
  • Energetic, high sense of urgency
  • Detail oriented with a proven record of exceeding expectations and delivering excellence
  • Strong whatever it takes work ethic and can-do personality
  • Ability to work independently, managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a highly collaborative team environment
  • Bachelors degree (preferred)
