Responsibilities
- Machine design and development on the solid works /Unigraphics & auto cad.
- ERP documentation
- Detail design, material selection and manufacturing of precision mechanical component.
- Designing With CAD tools and understanding of geometric and tolerance.
Job profile:-
Design new machine equipment and system taking into account cost ,availability of material ,strength and maintenance requirement, appearance and impact on the user and on the environment.
Create solid modeling parts, drawing, motion, assemblies using solid-works
manufacturing bill of material for development & regular types component
Nesting for laser cutting items & also fabrication knowledge of weldment structure.
Identified fixtures and production aids for machine.
Played a pivoted role in drawing specification as per the Client as well as producing the technical requirement and recommending design modification.
Utilized auto cad programs for bulling parts up dimensional maintenance part with technical drawing for parts.
Detail design, material selection and manufacturing of precision mechanical component.
Designing With CAD tools and understanding of geometric and tolerance.
Salary - 30K - 40K P.M
Exp. - 3-8 yrs
