Work location - Gurgaon Udyog vihar phase 5.

Training for 1 month from office

Login window 2:30 AM 7:30 AM (Night Shift)

Worked as Assistant Manager/Manager Operations

Have experience for international process

Have good communication skills.

Candidate should be comfortable working in night shift

Candidate who can join immediately are preferred

Required skill set :

1-Handling overall team operations

2-Managing process SLA and KPIs

3-Taking care of process adherence, quality and training of the team.

3-Handling client calls

4-Preparing team reports
