Magic Billion (www.magicbillion.in) is an Official Member of the Government of India's Skill India Program, please see nsdcindia.org/iisc-network (Ser 31). This is an official job advertisement based on a contract signed with a national industry organization in Germany.

The Program: On the Job Training with Stipend + Hospitality Degree for 3 years with a guaranteed Job post-degree completion + B2 German certification from Goethe in Germany.

The theoretical training will be conducted at a Vocational Institute, while the practical part will take place in a hotel/restaurant (with a confirmed offer before you leave India).The total length of the program is 3 years

Desired Candidate Profile

• German B1 Language Certificate from Goethe.
• Basic German language skills
• At least 12th class with some experience of hospitality trades preferable.
• Good physical condition.
• Good communication skills.
• Looking for a long-term career in Germany and possibly PR.

Perks and Benefits

• During On the Job Training candidates would earn Eu 780 per month in 1^st year, Eu 900 per month in 2^nd year, and Eu 1100 in 3^rd
• Overtime options to earn Eu 300-400 per month (40 hours/month).
• After completion of the program, candidates are eligible to work as licensed professionals all over Germany and the EU, with a minimum salary of Eu 2100-2500 per month or INR 2 Lakhs per month.
• Employers prefer candidates looking for a long-term career in Germany and possibly a Permanent Residency.
• Before Commencement of Program, Provisional Offer Letters will be provided by employers with guaranteed jobs after the program + OJT
