Job Description
- Should be able to manage companys financial planning
- Should be able to plan and assess risk management
- Should be able to analyze and organize the liabilities and investments of the company
- Should have experience of financial forecasting keeping in mind the projects on hand and the future business prospects
- Should be able to carry out budgetary planning in consultation with various departments.
- Should be able to track and manage cash flow
- Should have monitoring skills and should be able to control and manage daily Updation of accounting records / Should be able to track and control the daily activities of accounting department
- Should be able to find out remedies to keep the confidential information of Finance and also keep it fast and accurate
- Should be able to maintain the flow of payment and record keeping and should be able to develop SOP for the same
- Should update the management for the daily update on the progress of accounting work which includes payment, reconciliation, tally entry etc.
- Should be able to set the process flow on how daily bills reach the Account team
- Should be able to maintain the record of Client bills on day to day basis
- Should be able to maintain the record of vendors and Sub-contractor bill on day to day basis
- Should be well versed with taxation and financial compliances
- Should be well versed with banking operations including knowledge of Cash Credit Account, Bank Guarantee, Letter of Credit, Hedging etc.
- Should have knowledge of cost management
- Should be able to guide management for fundraising, repayment and management of financial mitigation
- Should be well versed with latest compliances of IT, ROC, MCA, Banking and other statutory compliances
Qualification : MBA (Finance) from reputed University
CA / Inter CA can be considered if having proven experience of working as Finance Manager
Experience : Minimum 8-10 years
Skills : Should have knowledge of Tally and other softwares (SAP / ERP etc.)
