Sr. Sales Represntative (Job Description)
Here at Soothe Healthcare Pvt Ltd. we are looking for an Sr. Sales Representative who will
be responsible for the overall sales performance of a region or team. The person will be
required to train and support the teams in order to achieve the desired goals.
Experience: 3+ (FMCG Exposure)
Salary: 15K till 19K (In Hand) +TA+DA
Duties and Responsibilities for Sales Representative:
1. The Sales Representative is responsible for the acquisition of new distributors && retails in
market.
2. Responsible for own Target & Team Target as well.
3. Coordination with the distributors and retails for revenue generation.
4. Need to make 40 calls in a day.
5. Discuss and set clear targets.
6. Candidate must be from FMCG Industry.
7. Ready to take challenges & willing to learn new things.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Having experience in appointing retailers, mapping new retailer.
2. Should have handled team as well.
3. Having excellent command and negotiation skills.
4. Excellent communication and people skills.
5. Experience in Handling coverage, Distribution, display range selling, Secondary and
Primary sales objective in a reputed FMCG organization.
6. Strong geographical knowledge of the particular state.
7. Experience in FMCG Products (Non-Food)
