We are hiring for a reputed Canadian Telecom Vertical

Job description

  • The incumbent will report to Director / Ops Manager
  • Needs to work closely with Ops Manager and the assigned Sales Head to achieve the sales revenue targets in the assigned territories
  • Needs to be responsible to collaborate with sales team and help building sales strategy
  • Team Lead is required to mentor and coach associate/sr. associates to ensure that new business opportunities are added as per targets on a monthly basis
  • Team Lead will be responsible to take active participation in all Recruitment events for the team
  • Team Lead would be responsible to ensure that the team is duly certified and has updated knowledge of product features/limitations and service offerings
  • Would be responsible for collaborating effectively with the marketing onsite sales team regularly to help plan, strategize conceptualize marketing/solicitation campaigns as per territory requirements
  • Good experience in outbound sales calling for International clients.
  • Team Lead needs to have knowledge of B2B Sales, Telecom Sales, Inside sales, cold calling, International marketing, etc.
  • Team Lead needs to monitor calls and provide regular coaching and mentoring to agents and track low performers in team.
  • Team Lead may be required to be a part of Client Calls Agent Focus Group Discussions.
  • Team Lead has to reinforce and drive all product related updates in team and handle escalated calls
  • Team Lead has to download and maintain CMS reports related to team staffing, AHT track aux adherence and ensure discipline is maintained in team.
  • Ensure that all compliance related to policy and procedures are adhered to by agents on calls.
  • Team Leads are responsible for staff retention.
  • Team Lead has to conduct and manage appraisal discussions (PMS) with agents.
  • Quality/AHT/Sales/CSAT Metrics Ensure timely download of process updates/product guidelines.
  • Manage Attrition and plan career mapping for agents.
  • Team Lead should have an experience of managing a team of 20-25 members
  • Team Lead will be responsible to generate opportunities and achieve team and individual targets on monthly/quarterly basis

Technical Competencies:

  • Successful in driving sales oriented role
  • Analytical Skill and able to handled huge data volume
  • Should be able to create strategies to ensure targets are achieved
  • Handling the process to ensure margins are met
  • Handled a span of 150 Agents and minimum 3 Assistant Manager.

Who were looking for:

  • 3+ years experience in creating impactful consumer B2B/Enterprise campaigns across multiple channels and delivering complex projects on time and budget
  • Familiar with CRM systems and Marketing automation tools and tracking tools to assess campaign effectiveness
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working with people across the business in a highly collaborative manner adapting your style wherever required to gain buy-in to ideas
  • Committed to delivering a great outcome, willing to go the extra mile where needed and able to work under pressure when needed
  • Strong people skills and the ability to lead teams through influence
