Job Description

Roles and Responsibility:
First level techical support over phone- Specific hardware knoweldge for problem isolation and remore resolution, Windows / Linux OS Knowledge , Understanding of OS Drivers/ Patches/ Tools & download from OEM web site, Basics of Mail Messaging (client and server side ), MS Office application, Chatting software, Skype etc knowledge, Assign tickets to respective vendors, follow up and get it closed
SLA performance improvement with more remote resolution
Desired Candidate:
Qualification: BE/ B Tech Mandatory
Exp range: Minimum 0- 1 yr experience in Remote support
Good Communication skills.
Freshers with good communication skills and technical knowledge can also apply.
