Core Skills:


  • Bring in best-in-class industry practices on Service Quality and ensure standardization of Service Quality practices across the organization to drive measurable, repeatable and predictable processes
  • Partner well with Operations to ensure calibration on Service Quality, drive data analysis based improvements, thereby providing assurance to the client on the Quality of service delivery
  • Optimize Cost of Quality through systematic process improvements, mistake proofing measures, driving process automation etc
  • Represent Service Quality organization in business reviews with the clients, build confidence in customers minds on the Quality of service delivery by presenting case studies of process improvements, descriptive/predictive analytics using operational metrics data etc
  • Engage in new transitions (as part of PMO team) from a Service Quality perspective and ensure Service Quality readiness before operations go live
  • Periodically identify & prioritize process risks and drive suitable risk response actions, including upgradation of Quality Audit checklists and setting up Early Warning Systems
  • Ensure engagement of Service Quality team members by good people management practices, within the framework of policies and procedures defined by the organization
  • Ensure constant skill upgradation of Service Quality team members through training programs and workshops

  • Manage change, ability to respond effectively to change, and ability to interpret and execute process transition
