Job Description:
We are looking for Android developers who are responsible for the design, development, implementation of Android Mobile Applications and can work closely with the backend team to extend and improve the functionality of the platform. He/She can independently design, build and deploy mobile apps on the Android platform in accordance with specifications
Responsibilities
- Experiences in using database storage in Android like SQLite
- Experienced in designing and developing mobile SDK and integrating mobile apps with web services and external APIs
- Good knowledge of mobile app development technologies like PHP, Java, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 for Android
- Write clean code that is testable, maintainable
- Design, implement, and test features on the Android App.
- Defining the technical requirements for the implementation of the mobile solution
- Be ready to dive into code that does not have or has incomplete documentation and start off where it has been left
- Experiences in designing and developing adaptive UI components, Widget for Android phones with different screen resolutions.
- Solid experience with Android Framework & supporting Libraries, RESTful APIs & working with API-centric applications.
- Is able to build high-quality, innovative, and fully performing software in compliance with coding standards and technical design.
- Having hands-on experience working with Native Apps
Skills Required:
- The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Android design and development, with at least 5 or More Apps
- Ability to create custom interactions with ViewGroups
- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
- Good Verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge in creating custom animations
- Technologies- Should be able to work as an individual contributor with minimal supervision-
- Ability to work independently and together with teams.
- Ability to multi-task and good time management skills.
- Passionate about work and willing to accept challenges.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Senior developer
- 1-3 years of experience as a Junior developer
