Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling the entire day to day operations in the restaurant.
- Greeting guests and taking orders with a smile.
- Strategizing for revenue generation by increasing footfalls
- Responsible for cost control, inventory control, cash control and customer relations, shift management, Food Cost etc.
- People management.
- Driving additional footfall to the store
- Local store marketing and on ground activities
- Brand collaborations, corporate sales and tie ups
- Increase direct deliveries
- To plan and carry out operations of the store, so as to maintain smooth functioning of the store with focus on revenue generation, upgradation by maintaining high standards, in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Ensure upkeep of store premises, maintenance & manage all the equipment of the store for smooth operational flow.
- To carry out staff meetings at periodic intervals and responsible for motivating the team.
- Preparing different kinds of reports on food cost, inventory, wastage, P&L, petty cash, delivery, etc.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment from our guests viewpoint.
- Manpower management & training new staff
- Supervising all the duties of the Team Members and Delivery Riders.
- Operating the cash register and collecting payment from guests.
- Making consistent efforts to streamline the operations within 1441 Pizzerias guideline.
- Ensuring delivery on bike from the store to the customers doorstep in a safe and courteous manner.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance within the 1441 Pizzeria's Standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience leading a team in Restaurants/Food & Beverage/Hospitality
- Should have worked as an Assistant Restaurant Manager for minimum 2 years
- Pleasant Personality & well-groomed
- Good communication skills strong command over English language
- Should have experience in using MS office for 2+ years
- Average duration worked for past employers should be minimum 2 years
- Positive attitude and be a great motivator
- Knowledge about P&L, EBITDA, etc (preferred)
