The corporate office has an opportunity for a Digital Champion in the Global Business
Services team. The Champion will work cross-functionally to identify, define, and implement
process improvement and digital initiatives. Candidates must have strong accounting,
finance, project management, information technology, development, communication, and
business writing skills.
Responsibilitiesinclude:
Identify,analyze,summarize,select,communicate,and sell process reengineering and
technology automation improvements to process/control owners and senior
management.These improvements must focus on strengthening of internal controls
through enhanced technology, userinterfaces, and a more positive end user experience
while simultaneously strengthening the control environment through process flow
efficiency and robotic process automation(RPA).
End-to-end ownership of the automation journey TO ME THIS MEANS OWNS THE
ENTIRE RPA automation process talking to business, communicating, tracking,
monitoring,reportingetc,assessingexistingprocess,improvementsetc
Ability to assist automation solutions in UiPath X or Excel Macros (Help resolve issue)
Interact with business/process teams to gather requirement,perform solution design,test,
and deploy automation solution.
Effectively manage multiple priorities and assist with various projects activities as they
arise.
Anticipate and effectively communicate(verballyandinwriting) potential upstream and
downstream impacts to senior management with tact and diplomacy.
Accurately track, monitor and report process improvement and technology automation
improvement recommendations.
Assess and improve existing process improvement methodologies and system-based
solutions through RPA and data analytics.
Effectively manage multiple priorities / assists with various projects as they arise.
Travel requirements will be modest, working hours must be flexible to deal with
international time zone and key process owners located throughout the world.
