Roles and Responsibilities :-
As the Instructional Designer you will create documentation, videos, training sessions, guides, and supporting materials following an instructional design process. You'll use strong interpersonal, written, and multimedia communication skills to bring together text, images, video, and audio to communicate and educate internal teams and stakeholders.
Training on creating Web pages, Documentation, Experience on Sitecore or similar CMS, Experience on Project Management tool like Workfront/Jira/Asana etc. is required.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders and SMEs to understand needs, design, implement and evaluate solutions
- Research and evaluate new and emerging technologies, instructional design theories, and approaches and policies for potential application to instructional opportunities
- Designs, authors, and edits engaging online and digital training and documentation and develops measurement tools to evaluate course effectiveness and end-user satisfaction
- Reviews, evaluates, and modifies existing documentation; recommends appropriate modifications while uncovering knowledge gaps
- Conducts needs analyses and consults with management, employees, and subject matter experts to gain knowledge of work situations requiring documentation and to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, business initiatives, strategic plans, and technologies to prepare necessary items
- Translate learning objectives into appropriate learning activities and assessments, and develop production timelines
- Answers inquiries regarding matters related to online training programs
- Develops strong working relationships across multiple disciplines Other duties as assigned
Desired Candidate Profile :-
- 5 - 8 years experience.
- Strong familiarity and experience creating and updating documentation and guides focused on web-based content management systems and work ticketing systems
- Ability to prioritize and drive multiple, simultaneous deliverables to execution with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment, working with cross-functional teams
- Excellent English writing, editing and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work well with other people in a team-oriented environment
